These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of kinetotech.com (the “Site”), operated by Kineto (“Kineto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1About the Site

The Site provides information about Kineto’s commerce and logistics solutions, including ecommerce fulfillment, last-mile delivery, smart lockers, smart vending, self-service kiosks, restaurant management and retail automation. Through the Site you can contact us, book a demo, request brochures, subscribe to our newsletter and request a Kineto account.

2Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful business and informational purposes only. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or someone else’s information through our forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or connected systems
• Interfere with the Site’s security or operation, including by introducing malware or overloading it
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated means to collect content or data from the Site without our written permission
• Use the Site in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations

3Forms, Demos and Account Requests

When you submit a contact form, demo booking, brochure request, newsletter signup or account sign-up request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it, including on behalf of your company.

• Demo bookings are requests for a preferred time. Our team will confirm or suggest another time by email.
• Account sign-up requests are reviewed by our team. Submitting a request does not create an account or grant access to any Kineto platform until we confirm it.
• Newsletter subscriptions can be cancelled at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

We handle the information you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.

4Products, Pricing and Agreements

Information on the Site about our hardware, software and services, including features, specifications and images, is provided for general information and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer.

Prices, delivery, installation, support and service levels for any Kineto product or service are set out in a separate written quotation or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement applies.

5Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product images, brochures and software, are owned by Kineto or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Kineto name and logo are trademarks of Kineto.

You may view the Site and download brochures for your own internal business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, republish or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

6Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites and use third-party services, such as social networks, maps and Google reCAPTCHA. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
